Practical Questions

Is this medical, psychological or therapeutic work?
No. All services are educational and supportive in nature. They do not constitute medical, psychological or therapeutic treatment.

What kind of outcomes can I expect?
Outcomes and experiences cannot be guaranteed. They vary from person to person and depend on factors such as personal circumstances, openness to the process and the way the practices are applied in everyday life.

The work is offered as guidance and support; what emerges from it also depends on the participant’s own engagement and exploration.

How do payments work?
Payments are made in EUR and can be processed via bank transfer or Wise. If you pay in another currency, conversion may be handled by your bank or payment provider. Any related fees are the responsibility of the payer.

Can I receive a refund if something changes?
Digital products such as the Inner Sense Guides are non-refundable.

For services such as meditations, workshops and sessions, the EU 14-day cooling-off period applies unless the activity takes place within that period or the service has already started.

By ordering or booking, you confirm that you have read and accepted the Terms & Conditions, which must be acknowledged before completing the booking.

Can I order more than one guide at the same time?
Yes. You can order up to three guides per order

Who guides the group sessions?
Group activities are guided by two facilitators, creating balanced attention and a calm learning environment.

What if I need to change my appointment?
One reschedule per booking is possible if arranged in advance.

Is what I share treated confidentially?

Do I need experience with meditation or personal development?
No prior experience is required.

Can we first have a short conversation to see if it fits?

Meditations and workshops are booked by email.
A payment link is sent once there are enough participants for the activity to go ahead.

Do you also offer longer guidance or work with organisations?
Yes. Longer individual trajectories and programmes for organisations or companies are available on request.

Meditations

What happens during a meditation session?

Meditations are offered as moments of deep relaxation and inner reconnection.

About 30 minutes before participants log in, a quiet preparation period takes place in which the group is energetically cleared. This helps release accumulated tension or heaviness and allows participants to arrive in the meditation with greater calm and focus.

This way of working is based on years of personal experience and practice, and is offered in a simple, grounded and accessible way.

During the session, you are guided step by step in a simple and accessible way. The focus is on slowing down, sensing, and allowing the body and mind to settle.

From this state of relaxation, clarity and personal insights may arise naturally — without needing to search for them.

After the meditation, there is space for reflection, questions, or sharing, if you feel the need. This part is always open and without obligation.

Meditations take place twice a month on Thursday evenings at 19:00 CET and last approximately 90 minutes. You are welcome to join a few minutes earlier to arrive quietly.

If possible, participants are invited to keep their camera on, as this supports a sense of presence and connection within the group.

No prior experience is needed.

Workshops

What can I expect from a workshop?
Workshops are practical and interactive. They explore themes related to awareness, resilience and meaningful living.

Topics may vary and can include navigating life transitions, living well during periods of illness, or exploring meaningful ways of living through later life transitions.

Workshops combine reflection, conversation and simple exercises connected to everyday experience.

Energetic Awareness

What do you mean by energetic awareness?
Energetic awareness refers to noticing subtle influences that may affect how we feel, think or orient ourselves. This may include shifts in atmosphere, emotional tone, environmental impact or bodily signals that arise before conscious thought.

What is energetic clearing?
Energetic clearing helps restore clarity and inner steadiness when someone feels affected by subtle influences. It can release tension, heaviness or energetic disturbance so that attention and inner balance can return more easily.

What is energetic cleansing?
Energetic cleansing refers to a deeper process of releasing or dissolving more persistent energetic influences. While clearing often brings immediate lightness and focus, cleansing may address deeper layers that have built up over time.

In individual sessions, energetic cleansing may be offered when appropriate and when requested.

What is the difference between grounding and earthing?
Grounding refers to practices that reconnect a person with body, breath and present-moment awareness.

Earthing refers more specifically to physical contact with the natural environment, such as spending time in nature or walking barefoot on natural ground.

Is this spiritual or religious?
The work is not connected to any religion or belief system.

Does this replace medical or psychological care?
No. These services do not replace medical or psychological treatment. If you are under professional care, you should continue to follow professional advice.
