2. Scope of Application

These General Terms & Conditions apply to all services and digital content offered by Living by Inner Sense, whether free of charge or paid, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

By registering for, booking, or purchasing any service or digital content, the client acknowledges having read and accepted these Terms & Conditions without reservation.

3. Nature of the Services

Living by Inner Sense offers the following educational and experiential services:

• Inner Growth Sessions (individual or group-based, live online)
• Educational and experiential workshops
• Online educational learning pathways and group programmes
• Guided reflective and awareness-based practices
• Downloadable digital content (audio recordings, written practices, lifestyle inspiration)

All services and content are educational and experiential in nature.

They are intended to support awareness, grounding, reflection, and personal development.

The services are non-medical and non-therapeutic and do not constitute medical, psychological, psychotherapeutic, or nutritional treatment.

No specific outcomes or results are guaranteed.

Services are currently delivered online.
Future in-person activities may be offered, and details will be specified at the time of registration.

4. Role of the Trainer and Co-Professional

Services are provided by Cornelia Petronella van der Ploeg, acting as an independent trainer offering educational and experiential practices.

Where indicated, services may be delivered together with a qualified co-professional, particularly during group-based sessions or workshops.

The presence of a co-professional supports attentiveness, continuity, and group safety.

No diagnosis, treatment, prescription, or medical advice is provided.

5. Participation and Health Responsibility

Participation is voluntary.

Participants remain fully responsible for their own physical, emotional, and mental well-being during and after participation.

Participation is not intended as a substitute for medical or psychological treatment.

Participants should not discontinue, adjust, or replace any prescribed treatment without consulting their qualified healthcare provider.

6. Participant Conduct and Confidentiality

Participants are expected to engage respectfully.

Harassment, discrimination, or inappropriate behaviour is not tolerated.

In group settings, participants agree to respect confidentiality.
What is shared within the group remains within the group.

Living by Inner Sense reserves the right to refuse participation or exclude a participant without refund if behaviour compromises safety or integrity.

7. Recording Policy

Participants may not record, photograph, or capture sessions without prior written consent.

Living by Inner Sense may occasionally record limited portions of sessions for internal quality reflection purposes only.

Such recordings are never used commercially and remain confidential.

8. Delivery of Services

Online services are delivered via Zoom or similar platforms.

Participants are responsible for:

• stable internet connection
• suitable private environment
• necessary technical equipment

Living by Inner Sense cannot be held responsible for technical issues beyond its control.

9. Registration and Payment

All prices are expressed in euros (EUR), unless otherwise stated.

Individual participants (B2C):
Payments are processed via Stripe.

Corporate clients (B2B):
Payment may be made by invoice and bank transfer.

Transaction fees, currency conversion costs, or payment provider charges remain the responsibility of the client.

Access to services or digital content is confirmed upon receipt of payment.

10. Digital Content and Downloads

Digital content (including audio recordings, written materials, and downloadable resources) is provided for personal, educational use only.

In accordance with EU consumer protection regulations, the right of withdrawal (14-day cooling-off period) does not apply once access to digital content has been granted or download has begun, provided that the client has given prior consent to immediate access.

No refunds are issued for digital content once accessed or downloaded.

11. Cancellation and Refund Policy

Cancellation and refund conditions are communicated at the time of registration.

In accordance with EU consumer law, the statutory 14-day right of withdrawal does not apply to:

• live services scheduled on a specific date or period
• services that have already started with prior consent
• digital content once access has been granted

No refunds are due for missed sessions unless explicitly agreed in writing.

12. Intellectual Property

All materials, texts, audio, recordings, and practices remain the intellectual property of Living by Inner Sense.

They may not be copied, shared, recorded, or redistributed without prior written consent.

13. Data Protection

Personal data is processed in accordance with GDPR.

Details are provided in the Privacy Policy available on the website.

14. Complaints Procedure

Complaints may be submitted in writing to:

Submitting a complaint does not suspend payment obligations.

15. Consumer Mediation

In accordance with French law, unresolved disputes may be referred to:

16. Limitation of Liability

Living by Inner Sense shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from participation in the services, to the fullest extent permitted by law.

Where liability cannot be excluded by law, it shall in all cases be strictly limited to the amount actually paid by the client for the specific service concerned.

No refund shall exceed the total amount paid for the relevant order.

17. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms & Conditions are governed by French law.

Any dispute shall fall under the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
