There may be an important shift in your life, and you find it difficult to adjust to a new situation or way of living.

Sometimes, the question is not how to change the situation, but how to gradually learn to live with it in a way that feels more balanced and natural.

Not everything may be visible or easy to name, yet it can feel present in the background of daily life.

What we explore together

In a 1:1 session we take time to bring awareness to what is present.

Attention is given to thoughts, emotions, physical sensations, and more subtle layers of experience.

This allows space for understanding to emerge naturally, and supports you in finding your way in moments of change or decision.

A key part of the work is becoming more aware of what is yours, and what may have been influenced by external expectations or environments.

Where relevant, a more subtle or energetic awareness can also be part of the process, in a grounded and practical way.

Sessions are calm, focused, and tailored to your situation and pace.

They create a space for clarity, allowing you to sense more easily what feels right for you.
